TPU shot photos of GELID's new Black Edition Gamer CPU cooler, a new heatsink with seven heatpipes (3x 8mm and 4x 6mm), a copper base, two aluminium fin arrays and two 120mm fans in a push-pull configurations.
In the space between the two fin-stacks, a standard-size 120 mm (25 mm-thick) fan pulls air through the first stack, and pushes it through the second one. Pushing in fresh-air through the first stack is care of a slim 120 mm (15 mm-thick) fan. The cooler will be designed to be compatible with all modern CPU socket types, including LGA2011, LGA1155/LGA1156, LGA1366, AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2, and FM2/FM1.
