AMD has updated its processor pricing list, it includes price cuts for its APUs, FX and Phenom II series processors. The new pricing will go in effect on Monday and the cuts range from 1 percent to as much as 22.9 percent.
As you can see in the table below, there are steep price cuts for the company's Llano APUs, and also some nice drops for the FX-series. With the Phenom IIs it depends on the model, the 955 BE and 965 BE receive cuts of 22.9 percent and 20.9 percent, respectively, while the other Phenom chips receive much smaller price cuts.
The chip designer also has a new processor on its price list, the Bulldozer-based quad-core FX-4130. This processor has a 3.8GHz clockspeed, 3.9GHz Turbo Core, 4MB L3 cache, 125W TDP and a $112 price tag.
Please note that all prices are for 1,000-unit tray quantities, so actual retail pricing will be a bit higher.
