Looks like NVIDIA's GK106 is still coming, according to German tech site ComputerBase the GK106-based GeForce GTX 660 is anticipated to be released in September. Over at Asian tech site IT168 is a photo of the card's GK106-400-A1 GPU die, it features 960 CUDA cores, a 980MHz clockspeed, 1033MHz turbo boost, 192-bit memory bus, 2GB GDDR5 clocked at 6000MHz and a 140W TDP.
Some benchmarks that compare the card against the GTX 650 and GeForce GTX 660 Ti were also published, but as I can't read Chinese I don't know which games were tested.
