Over at Asian tech site IT168 is a photo of the card's GK106-400-A1 GPU die, it features 960 CUDA cores, a 980MHz clockspeed, 1033MHz turbo boost, 192-bit memory bus, 2GB GDDR5 clocked at 6000MHz and a 140W TDP.
