FUD Zilla reports Intel is planning to release the SSD 335 series later this quarter and the SSD 525 series in Q4 2012. Here's some more info about the specifications of these upcoming SATA 6Gbps disks:
They should come in Q4 2012 in four capacities. The plan is to launch 30GB, 120GB, 180GB and 240GB and it is rather interesting to note that a 60GB unit is missing from the list. If you want a 60GB or 480GB drive you will have to get one of the older 520 series that are currently shipping.

Both 500 family members are based on 25nm MLC process and support 6Gb/s SATA, and the new 525 series will support mSATA (mini SATA standard).

The successor of 330 series simply called 335 series is based on Intel’s brand new 20nm Multi Level Cell technology will debut in 240GB this quarter, Q3 2012. Other sizes, including 180GB and 80GB, will debut a bit later in Q1 2013.
