FUD Zilla noticed overclockers managed to push AMD's new A10-5800 "Trinity" APU to 7.31GHz with LN2 cooling and two cores deactivated.
According to CPU-Z data, overclockers managed to push the A10-5800K to 5.1GHz on air. However, with two cores deactivated and some LN2 the chip hit 7.31GHz.

Of course, few users will ever get close to these numbers, but clocks in the 4GHz to 4.5GHz range should be easy to hit with average cooling and limited know-how.
Details about the overclock can be found at German tech site PC Games Hardware.
