ADATA SP600 SSD series with JMicron JMF661 announced

ADATA delivers the SP600, a new line of 2.5" solid state disks based on the JMicron JMF661 SSD controller, the same controller as used in Kingston's V200 SSD lineup. They feature the SATA 6Gbps interface and promise read speeds of up to 360MB/s, write speeds of up to 130MB/s and random 4KB write performance of 30,000 IOPS.

They're available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities for $49.99, $69.99 and $99.99, respectively.
