Patriot announced it's shipping ultra-low power SODIMM memory modules for ultrabooks. Available in 4GB and 8GB modules, these memory sticks have a voltage of 1.35V and a clockspeed of 1333MHz or 1600MHz. They will be available by the end of the month.
