Club3D introdyces RoyalService, a new service level for qualifying products that provides direct pick up and direct returns without additional charges. At present, the only video card from Club3D that qualifies for RoyalService is the flagship model, the Radeon HD 7990 dual-GPU card.
Club 3D Offers Great Service and to extend this service we are offering a new service level, the RoyalService from Club 3D. Which means for all the qualifying* products, Club 3D will offer direct manufacturer’s warranty and support, which includes direct pick up and direct returns without any additional charges.
It is very simple, all you have to do is register your product with Club 3D at support@club-3d.com, send in your Serial Number and Proof of Purchase and you will receive an unique customer number which you will need to claim direct service and support.
