TPU came across the OCM2400CL10D-8GBN, a new 2400MHz 8GB DDR3 memory kit from Japanese memory maker OCMemory. These dual-channel modules come without a fancy heatspreader, they're rated to run at 2400MHz with 10-12-12-31 timings and a voltage of 1.65V.
. In addition to a JEDEC-approved DDR3-1600 MHz fallback SPD profile, it includes an XMP profile to use its advertised speeds. The sticks use 8-layer black PCBs to improve signaling efficiency.
