MSI prepping to launch passive Celeron-based Mini-ITX motherboard

Fanlesstech reports MSI's C847MS-E33 motherboard will hit the market in January for around $70 / 70EUR. This new Micro-ITX board features the passively cooled Intel Celeron 847 (17W TDP), solid capacitors, and Winki III, MSI's own Linux-based operating system.
