Posted on Friday, December 14 2012 @ 14:19:09 CET by

Cooler Master is about to release the Elite 344, a new SECC steel case for mATX motherboards. The case has a black exterior with silver accents, it measures 183mm x 436mm x 356.8mm and weighs only 4kg.

There's room for two 5.25" devices, one exposed 3.5" device, and four 3.5" storage devices that are split into two cages. The bottom HDD cage is removable, providing room for graphics cards as long as 360mm. There are four expansion slots and the rear of the case has a pre-cut hole for a USB 3.0 pass-through cable.

The case has a front I/O panel with one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, and HD Audio. Cooling is provided by a 120mm intake fan, an optional 80/90mm rear fan and optional side panel fans.

The Elite 344 is expected to retail around $60.
