Research from MoPub shows that the adoption of Apple's iOS 6 received a big boost after Google published its Maps app for iOS 6:
In other iOS6 news, it appears that the release of Google Maps for iOS 6 has caused people that refused to update to iOS 6 to have a change of heart. Millions were keeping the iOS 5 that had Google Maps pre-installed. Apple devices upgraded to iOS 6 has spiked 29% after the Google Maps app made a return. It looks like all those holding out can finally upgrade to IOS 6!
