MSI, Changing the game of overclocking
With last years’ introduction of the Z77 MPOWER we shook the motherboard industry with a motherboard that simply did what it had to do, remain stable when overclocked and turned that into the standard defying OC Certified test. With the release of Intel’s 4th Generation Core CPUs, MSI announces three OC Certified motherboards, the Z87 MPOWER, Z87 MPOWER MAX and Z87 XPOWER.
With Each model specifically tuned for an overclocking segment, MSI’s OC Certified models will guarantee their stability with the latest high performance CPUs from Intel! MSI’s Overclocking motherboards can be recognized by their stylish Black and Yellow color scheme.
Military Class 4
Military Class 4 is the new standard that covers ALL MSI Intel 8 series motherboards. With each component passing strict MIL-STD-810G certification testing, the quality is guaranteed. With Military Class Essentials, MSI takes their quality to the PCB level as well, offering better humidity protection, Higher temperature resistance, reduced EMI interference and better ESD protection, on ALL I/O ports on the motherboard. This will ensure the stability and lifetime of each Military Class 4 motherboard. MSI new Mini-ITX models feature Real USB Power, an innovative design for the USB ports on the motherboards that increases signal quality, especially for use in high-end home theatre and Audio systems as it isolates the power of the USB ports from the rest of the motherboard. MSI’s new Click BIOS 4 has a reworked, smoother interface with helpful new features such as Board Explorer to get a graphical representation of everything that is connected to your motherboard as well as a new Hardware monitor with loads of useful information represented graphically for you to tune your system as well as Total Fan Control, which allows you to graphically adjust your fan settings. This feature and many more are also available in the new Command Center desktop application, including an unlimited size RAMDisk to speed up your everyday tasks. MSI’s Classic motherboards are available in their trusted Black and Blue colors.
