Internet Explorer 11 gets WebGL, SPDY/3 and new dev tools

Microsoft shared some details about what's new in Internet Explorer 11.

This includes WebGL support for web-based 3D graphics, support for the SPDY/3 protocol, and re-imagined developer tools (you can find these by hitting F12).
