MSI announced that its GeForce GTX 780 Lightning graphics card will be released on August 7th, 2013. The card will reportedly have dual-BIOS and a feature that lets you bypass various BIOS-level limits, protections and fail-safes. There's no official information yet, but it's believed that this will be the first GK110-based card that will allow overvolting beyond NVIDIA's limits.
