ASUS exposes Tegra 4-based convertible tablet with 2560 x 1600 pixel screen

ASUS shows the Transformer Pad TF701T, the successor to the Transformer Pad Infinity. The new 10.1" model offers NVIDIA's Tegra 4 T40X SoC and offers a 2560 x 1600 pixel screen. Other features include 2GB DDR3L memory, 802.11n WiFi with Miracast support, front and rear camera, 32/64GB onboard flash memory, a USB 3.0 port and a keyboard dock.

The battery life is said to be 13 hours for the tablet and up to 17 hours with the keyboard dock attached. The combined weight is around 590g and the combined thickness is about 0.6".

Pricing and availability is unknown.
