Dell has finally launched "Project Ophelia", its mini PC dongle that connects to a TV or computer display via an HDMI or MHL port. Aimed at the enterprise market, this $129 stick runs Android 4.1 and features a multi-core ARM Cortex-A9 based processor, 1GB RAM, and 8GB onboard flash memory.
The dongle is designed to be used to connect to virtual Windows or Mac OS X desktops but also offers a full Android experience with Google Play support. A mini USB port on the device allows you to connect peripherlas like a keyboard or a mouse, and there's also a microSD slot to increase the storage capacity.
