AMD is cooking up the Radeon R7 250X, a new line of graphics cards that will reportedly use the same Oland GPU as the regular R7 250 series. VideoCardz got its hands on some pictures but reports that the exact specifications are still unknown other than that the card comes with 1GB (2GB at most) memory and a 128-bit memory bus.
The Radeon R7 250X from Sapphire features a new cooler design (compared to R7 250). The bracket is now dual-slot, and the cooler shroud has been slightly modified. Compared to GeForce GTX 750 series this card will not be so power efficient. The R7 250X requires one 6-pin power connector. The 250X is listed in few European stores, the price is around €90.
