Earlier today news hit the wire that Mojang founder Markus "Notch" Persson cancelled his Oculus plans and now our attention is drawn to a tweet from Min-Liang Tan who claims he may be able to help Notch.

Tan's message lacks any specifics but it does seem to suggest that Razer is working on a VR headset:

The VR headset is definitely heating up but we're still waiting on the arrival of these next-generation VR headsets. Oculus is perhaps the most widely known project, but there are also several other firms working on VR technology.

Sony for instance has it Project Morpheus, Microsoft is rumored to be working on a product of its own and Valve acknowledged they're testing VR technology but the game developer claims they have no plans to bring their headset to market.
