NVIDIA 20nm Maxwell GPUs delayed to early 2015?

Swedish tech site Sweclockers claims NVIDIA's 20nm Maxwell GPUs are delayed because TSMC's 20nm process isn't mature enough for high-performance chips like GPUs.

NVIDIA's Maxwell architecture is ready to go, as shown by the GeForce GTX 750 series, but if this rumor is correct we may see only one model or so before the end of this year. The site claims NVIDIA's full Maxwell lineup is now slated for early 2015 due to TSMC's inability to deliver.
