Microsoft has just released the first beta version of Windows Vista on Wednesday and today I've already spot the very first tweak utility for Windows Vista. But currently it's still quite limited on features:
  • Tweak Desktop Windows Manager
  • Enable support for unsupported cards (Still need Vista LDDM drivers!)
  • Tweak Window Buttons
  • Tweak Window Transparency Blurring
  • Tweak Window Scaling
  • It's called TweakVista and you can download version 0.6 over here
