NVIDIA also prepping GeForce GTX 960

TPU came across rumors that NVIDIA is preparing to release a GeForce GTX 960 within the next 30 days. The card is expected to be launched in the second half of October, after the release of NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 970 and GTX 980 cards, which are expected to be publicly revealed on September 19th at NVIDIA's GAME24 event. No exact details are known about the GTX 960 other than that it's expected to be a sub-$300 card.
The company's next sub-$300 graphics card, the GTX 960 will be launched some time in mid to late-October, 2014. The company's GTX 970 and GTX 980 will come out later this week (19th September), timed with the Game24 event. There's no word on the exact specs of the GTX 960.
