Microsoft shuts down its robotics research term

Neowin writes Microsoft's robotics research team is among the layoffs that were made public last week. Many are said about the job cuts at Microsoft's research division as these teams often produce stunning new concept technology.
News came over the weekend that Microsoft has fired its robotics team, which was until now part of Microsoft Research. The company has yet to announce this publicly, they might not at all, but robotics team leader Ashley Feniello blogged and tweeted about this.
