AMD prepping Radeon R9 390X Water-Cooled Edition (WCE)?

VideoCardz got its hands on a slide that claims AMD is working on a Radeon R9 390X WCE (Water-Cooled Edition). We're not sure if this suggests there may be non-watercooled versions of the R9 390X? Additionally, the slide also confirms rumors that a 8GB version of the R9 390X is a reality.
This slide allegedly confirms earlier leaks about R9 390X 8GB HBM Gen2, delaying the launch till later date.

You are probably asking the same question, why would anyone send me this? The slide does not tell us anything new that wasn’t rumored for the past few weeks. The only new bit, is the codename of the new flagship: Radeon R9 390X WCE. Maybe there are non water-cooled models? Maybe this is just internal naming for prototype. Very hard to say. I’m leaving the interpretation to you.
