Microsoft to remove Monad from Windows Vista

Microsoft today disclosed that Windows Vista won't include the new Monad shell because a possible virus threat was discovered on Friday.

However, CNET reports that Microsoft still plans to incorporate Monad into Longhorn Server, which is planned by 2007.
