Inno3D teases four custom GeForce GTX 980 Ti graphics cards: the iChill GF GTX 980 4GB DHS, the iChill GeForce GTX 980 Ti Black, the iChill GeForce GTX 980 Ti X4 Ultra and the iChill GeForce GTX 980 Ti X3 Ultra.

The iChill GF GTX 980 4GB DHS features the HerculeZ X4 Air Boss triple-fan cooling solution and has a 1304MHz core, 1418MHz Boost and 4GB GDDR5 memory clocked at 7280MHz. This card isn't pictured below but features the same cooler as the iChill Geforce GTX 980Ti X4 Ultra. The main difference here is that the iChill GF GTX 980 4GB DHS has only 4GB GDDR5 memory whereas most models have 6GB.

The specifications of the iChill GF GTX 980Ti X4 Ultra are unknown, the core and boost frequencies are yet to be determined but the 6GB GDDR5 memory will be clocked at 7200MHz.

Next we have the iChill GF GTX 980Ti X3 Ultra, this model also has a triple-fan cooling solution. The GPU frequencies are yet to be determined but the 6GB GDDR5 memory will be clocked at 7200MHz.

Last but not least, Inno3D offers the iChill GF GTX 980Ti Black. This is a hybrid card with air and watercooling. The GPU frequencies are still unknown but we do know it has 6GB GDDR5 memory clocked at 7280MHz.
