UPDATE
eTeknix met with PowerColor and got to hear that the previous news about this card is wrong. This is not a finished product, nor is it the Radeon R9 390X. PowerColor claims it's a Radeon R9 290X with a prototype of a DEVIL 13 Hybrid cooling solution.

TweakTown had the opportunity to take a closer look at the PowerColor Radeon R9 390X Devil 13 video card! As you may know, this is believed to be a rebrand of AMD's Radeon R9 290X with perhaps some minor clockspeed enhancements and more GDDR5 memory. The new Devil 13 cards uses a hybrid cooling solution, the GPU is watercooled and there's a fan for the VRMs.

The card features one 6-pin plus a 8-pin PCIe power connector and comes with a fancy back plate. The color scheme seems a bit weird though, the left part of the card is black with some red accents while the right side uses silver styling. It seems like an odd combination.
