Just like NVIDIA, AMD has issued a new driver for the new Batman: Arkham Knight video game. You can download AMD's Catalyst 15.6 Beta driver over here.
This driver release included optimizations for Batman™: Arkham Knight.

This article provides information on the latest posting of the AMD Catalyst™ Software Suite, AMD Catalyst™ 15.6 Beta.

This particular software suite updates the AMD Catalyst™ Display Driver and the AMD Catalyst™ Control Center. This unified driver has been updated, and is designed to provide enhanced performance and reliability.
There are still some performances issues with Arkham Knight on some AMD Radeon video cards though, here's a statement from WB Games lead community admin Yorick:
"We also want to note that there are some known issues with the performance of Batman: Arkham Knight for PC owners using AMD graphics cards. We are working closely with AMD to rectify these issues as quickly as possible and will provide updates here as they become available. We thank you for your patience in this matter."
Issues with the game aren't limited to AMD hardware, gamers with NVIDIA GPUs also complain about stuttering, freezing, crashes, etc.

The minimum specifications of the game have also been adjusted. Previously the minimum system requirements listed NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 660 (2GB memory minimum) and now the developer has added that the AMD equivalent for this game is the AMD Radeon HD 7950 (with minimum 3GB memory).
