Just Cause 3 bug-ridden across all platforms

Reports are coming in all over the web about performance issues, bugs and glitches with the newly released Just Cause 3 across the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The game developer is reportedly working to fix these bugs, but gamers are disappointed this is yet another botched launch.
The game's ills seem to come in all sorts of flavors. Players have reported unexplained performance dips, disappearing oceans and other geometry glitches, long loading times, freezes, and even server connectivity issues. That last one is a particularly interesting problem, since Just Cause 3 is a single-player title.
On a related note, NVIDIA revealed there will be no SLI support for Just Cause 3 because the game engine is "incompatible with all multi-GPU solutions".
According to NVIDIA’s Andrew Burnes, Just Cause 3’s engine is not compatible with both SLI and Crossfire, meaning that Avalanche will need to release a game patch in order to enable multi-GPU support.
