The Inquirer writes about a notebook which features two dual-core Opterons! This one isn't solely used by the military but is also aimed at scientists and engineers who desire lots of mobile power.
The notebook has a rugged aluminum alloy chassis and is available with single, dual of dual dual-core AMD Opteron processors. It can handle up to 16GB memory and features dual-removable internal 1.5Gbps Serial ATA HDDs up to 200GB and an optional 3rd fixed HDD for up to 300GB
More details about this amazing notebook can be found here. I don't think it will have a huge battery life.
