Intel added a bunch of new processors to its official price list, including new mobile Xeon processors, new Braswell-based Celeron and Pentium chips, Skylake-based Celerons and the fastest Skylake laptop CPUs to date.

For this article, I'll briefly cover the four new high-end Skylake laptop CPUs:
  • Core i7-6970HQ: 4 cores, 8 threaded, 2.8GHz, 8MB L3, $623
  • Core i7-6870HQ: 4 cores, 8 threaded, 2.7GHz, 8MB L3, $434
  • Core i7-6770HQ: 4 cores, 8 threaded, 2.6GHz, 6MB L3, $378
  • Core i5-6350HQ: 4 cores, 4 threaded, 2.3GHz, 6MB L3, $306
  • While not officially confirmed, it's believed these chips all have a 45W TDP. Also interesting is that these are likely the first Skylake CPUs to feature Intel's most powerful integrated graphics solution, the Iris Pro 580 (GT4e).
