In a statement to a Fool.com analyst, Intel confirmed its first 10nm products are planned for the second half of 2017, thereby dispelling rumors about a delay to 2018.

Later this year we can expect Intel to launch the Kaby Lake architecture, the second tock on the company's 14nm process. According to the latest rumors, we may see something similar on the 10nm process, with Cannonlake, Icelake and Tigerlake architectures before the 7nm process arrives.
