Some new information gathered by SweClockers points to an autumn launch date for NVIDIA's GP106 Pascal-based GPUs. If the latest round of rumor are correct, it seems the GP104-based high-end cards will be available around June whereas the more mainstream GP106 cards should follow a couple of months later. These models will replace the GeForce GTX 950/960 cards.
The same source also claims that GP106 cards will not require additional power connectors. So it might fit into same power envelope as GTX 750 series or recently announced 75W version of GTX 950. AIBs will probably still add power connector as it adds more field for overclocking.
