NVIDIA officially announced they're hosting a special live streaming event tomorrow at 6PM PST. No further details were mentioned but it's almost certain that this is the launch event for the first Pascal-based video cards.

According to the rumors from the past couple of weeks, this will include at least the GeForce GTX 1080 and GeForce GTX 1070. The real question is when these cards will be available because it seems like we're getting another paperlaunch. Availability around June is the date we hear the most but I guess we'll find out more tomorrow night.

In the mean time, VideoCardz spotted some leaked 3DMark results of the GeForce GTX 1080 8GB. This model is believed to have 8GB GDDR5X memory clocked at 10000MHz effective and one of the benchmarks shows the core clock of the card running at a whopping 1860MHz. In 3DMark 11, the card is faster than the GeForce GTX Titan X and in Fire Strike Extreme it's faster than typical overclocked GTX 980 Ti cards. As always, take these leaked scores with a grain of salt.
