Dell brings an interesting new businss-oriented display to the market. With a screen size of 43-inch, the Ultra P4317Q is about as big as an average TV and offers a 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution at a 60Hz.

One of the exciting features of this screen though is that you can also use to replace a four-screen setup with one large, seamless display. The P4317Q's pixel real estate can be split into four Full HD areas with the Dell Display Manager, the software takes four inputs and offers the capability to easily rearrange or zoom (this requires a KVM switch).

The specification sheet reveals the 4K panel uses a white LED edgelight system, it has 178-degrees vertical/horizontal viewing angles, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 nits brightness, 8ms gray-to-gray response time and a pixel density of 104 pixels per inch.

Connectivity includes one DisplayPort 1.2, one Mini-DisplayPort 1.2, two HDMI 1.4 ports, one VGA port, one USB 3.0 port (upstream) to drive a 4-way USB 3.0 hub, audio/headset jacks and one RS232 port.

Dell says its P4317Q starts shipping May 24th for $1,349.99/
