NVIDIA issues GeForce Hotfix driver 368.51

NVIDIA has published the GeForce Hotfix driver 368.51, you can grab it over here.

This release fixes an occasional desktop flickering issue when launching games on high refresh rate monitors. If you don't experience this issue, installation is not necessary.
