AMD Vega 10 GPU to launch in March 2017?

I just posted a rumor about about the Pascal-based Titan from NVIDIA and now there's also fresh gossip about AMD's Vega 10. If FUD Zilla can be trusted, the next high-end GPU from AMD is slated for the first half of 2017, possibly as early as March 2017.

While a lot of people assumed last year that 2016 would be the year of HBM2 video cards, it appears the memory isn't ready for mass production yet.
We would expect that Vega uses Polaris like GCN 4.0 cores, or slightly improved ones matching much bigger GPU core as well as the new a much faster HBM 2 memory. It could launch three quarters from now at the earliest.
