Cooler Master MasterLiquid Maker 92 is the first real all-in-one liquid cooler

Cooler Master introduces an innovative product that I think is the first true all-in-one liquid cooler. The new MasterLiquid Maker 92 packs the watercooling block, the pump, the radiator and two fans into a single module that is installed similarly to a traditional HSF processor cooler!

The entire module measures 99.9mm x 81.6mm x 167.55mm (L x W x H) but one of the unique aspects about this cooler is that you can swivel the radiator block into any angle you want. In horizontal mode, the cooler has a footprint of 99.9 x 142 x 118.8 mm, and provides airflow to the motherboard's CPU VRM area.

The product is exclusively compatible with Intel CPUs (LGA 2011-v3/ 2011/ 1151/ 1150/ 1155/ 1156) and comes with a five year warranty. Further details and an interesting video can be watched at Cooler Master. I think it's a really interesting concept but I would wait for reviews as price/performance is usually a big issue for coolers that move too far from the well-trodden path.
