Microsoft teases a Windows Holographic Shell

Over at the Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco, Microsoft showcased its vision for a Windows Holographic Shell. The goal is to deliver this to mainstream PCs and head-mounted displays sometime in 2017, it will enable you to interface with Windows in a virtual reality environment.

The software giant says this will work on basic PCs, you will not need a high-end system to run this.
