Finally we hear a bit more information about NVIDIA's GP107, this GPU will end up in the mid-range GeForce GTX 1050 video card. According to a new leak from BenchLife, this model has 768 CUDA cores - which is 512 CUDA cores less than the GP106.

This is expected to be a slot-powered card with a TDP of under 75W. It has a 128-bit memory bus with 4GB GDDR5 memory clocked at 7008MHz, a 1316MHz base clock and a 1380MHz Boost clock.
It’s worth adding that we don’t know if this is a reference card, or if there’s even going to be ‘founders edition’ of this model, but it’s a good starting point for our speculation. Bear in mind, that GPU-Z screenshot likely shows wrong TMU count (it should be 768/16), but we assume that that the number of ROPs is correct — 32.
If the leaker is correct, NVIDIA will launch the GeForce GTX 1050 by mid-October.
