Biostar AM3 gaming mouse costs just $15.99

Posted on Thursday, December 15 2016 @ 12:26:22 CET by

When I'm looking to buy a new mouse I usually have a hotlist of brand and specific models I'm interested in, and stuff like this Biostar Racing AM3 probably has little chance of making it on my list. It's the kind of news I usually ignore but what caught my attention here is that this peripheral has a MSRP of just $15.99.

Pretty cheap for an optical gaming mouse that seems to pack quite a lot of features. The Racing AM3 has an ambidextrous design and is designed to be used as claw grip. It has a PMW 3320 sensor with switchable DPI from 800dpi to 5000dpi, Huana switches that promise a lifetime of up to 10 million clicks, programmable buttons, macro support, and multi-color LEDs. Based on the photos, the position of the cord is a bit weird though.

Ultra-durable, non-tangle cabling is used with anti-pull clip to improve feel and static prevention. An almost-mirror, high-gloss UV surface brings excellent style and is easy to clean, with reduced dust and dirt build up properties. Large teflon feet increases glide and make the AM3 move smoothly across any mousing surface, soft or hard.
