One more rumor from Asian tech site Bench Life. Besides news that the Kaby Lake-X and Skylake-X processors are slated for August 2017, the site also claims that Intel is planning to announce six-core Coffee Lake-S processors in Q1 2018.

Based one earlier rumors, we know the Coffee Lake series will make six-core chips mainstream. Intel is expected to launch 10nm Cannon Lake parts towards the end of this year but higher-power chips like Coffee Lake will stick with the 14nm, making it Intel's fourth architecture on the 14nm node.

The site tips Coffee Lake-S will have 35W, 65W and 95W editions. These processors may be called Intel Core i7-8000 series and could be accompanied with 300-series chipsets, but that's pure speculation.
