Last night a set of 3DMark Physics benchmark scores leaked of the upcoming AMD Ryzen processors. This is a CPU intensive test and there are scores for a 3.2GHz quad-core, a 3.3GHz six-core and an eight-core CPU clocked at 3.4GHz and 4.0GHz.

The first chart shows how Ryzen competes versus the latest Intel CPUs in the 3DMark Fire Strike Physics test and these results are once again very encouraging as Ryzen seems to pack quite a punch. Of course, we do not know how trustworthy these scores are so we'll have to wait for the final retail versions to get an accurate picture of their performance.

The second chart attempts to show per core performance, the site made this chart by dividing the full CPU score by the number of cores each chip has. It's not entirely accurate but it does show Intel's Kaby Lake may be faster in terms of single-threaded performance.
