Skype wants to move beyond PCs

Skype has been looking in Taiwan for manufacturers to develop Skype-enabled peripherals to help broaden Skype's application software to IT hardware other than personal computers.
With embedded Skype-enabled technology, makers of non-PC hardware products such as handsets, PDAs, WiFi devices and set-top boxes (STBs) can increase the value added of their products, Zennstrom stated.
