AMD teased Radeon RX Vega at event in China?

VideoCardz came across a tweet that seems to show off the design of the AMD Radeon RX Vega reference card. A video showing some shots of the card was reportedly shown at the AMD Technology Summit 2017 in Beijing, China. If it's real, it looks like the Vega cards will adopt a black and white design, with a red Vega logo on the backplate and an illuminated Radeon logo on the side of the card.
We didn’t really expect a new card to be shown at the event, and from what gathered it wasn’t shown to the public. From my understanding, we are looking at screen grabs from product launch video that might be made public soon. AMD could be preparing a new teaser for Radeon RX Vega launch. So this video could’ve been shown to only selected journalists. One of them decided to share it with others.
