Modders recreated S.T.A.L.K.E.R. scenes in CryEngine 3 (video)

There seems to be an effort to recreate S.T.A.L.K.E.R. in the Crytek CryEngine 3 video game engine. A couple of sweet videos made their way to the "Achieved with CryEngine" YouTube channel but it's not clear who is behind this project, and whether this is just a showcase or part of a broader project to recreate the full game in CryEngine 3. The original S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl game was launched in March 2007.
The Facebook page has no clues as to the authenticity of the project of any other information other than backlinks to the videos. If this project sounds interesting to you, do not bother chasing your tail looking for more news on it. This information is all that is available at this time. Even a Google search only turns up old information about a remake of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. that was being done in CryEngine 2 way back in 2011.

Could this be the same effort? It is unclear, but that project seemed to be headed up by a Russian modding team. The one post on the Achieved with CryEngine Facebook page that would give us a clue appears to be in Hungarian.
