In very broad lines, AMD showed of its CPU and GPU roadmaps at its financial analyst day. Starting with the GPU roadmap we can see that AMD plans to make Vega not just on the 14nm node but also on a 14nm+ process. This is just speculation but perhaps this means Vega10 is 14nm while a Vega20 refresh could be 14nm+.

After Vega the next architecture is Navi, we still know little about Navi but the slide reveals this will be the company's first GPU on a 7nm process. AMD also reveals that the yet unnamed architecture after Navi will be fabbed on a 7nm+ process.

Moving on to the CPU roadmap we can see it looks very similar. The currently available Zen processors are made on a 14nm process and AMD plans to offer 14nm+ versions too. The next-gen Zen 2 architecture will use 7nm and the future Zen 3 will be on the 7nm+ node.
