The first motherboard with the Intel B360 made an appearance in the SiSoft Sandra benchmark database. This board is not a consumer model but a server motherboard from SuperMicro, it's named the C7B360-CB-M and it seems to be a Micro-ATX motherboard.
Under normal circumstances, Intel would have named this upcoming chipset "B350" but AMD already used that name so Intel picked "B360" instead.
The official launch of the B360 and the rest of Intel's Coffee Lake lineup is still some time removed from us, you can probably expect it in early 2018.
