Gigabyte has uploaded details and specifications of its upcoming Radeon RX Vega 64 Gaming OC WindForce 2X video cards. It looks like the custom-design Vega cards are finally coming to the market, PowerColor is expected to ship its cards next week and Gigabyte will probably follow soon.

This card features the WindForce 2X cooling solution with two 100mm fans. It has a custom PCB with 12+1 power phases and features a backplate. One of the interesting things about this backplate is that it features a copper plate as well as a copper heatpipe to cool something on the rear of this Vega card. Whether the WindForce 2X will be enough for Vega remains to be seen, Gigabyte uses a similar cooler for the less power hungry RX 580 cards with not-too-great results.

There are some slight factory overclocks too, Gigabyte provides a base clock of 1276MHz and a Boost of 1560MHz. For comparison, the reference card from AMD is clocked at 1247MHz with a 1546MHz Boost.
