TechPowerUp noticed Intel quietly introduced the Core i3-8130U.

This is a new dual-core, four-threaded processor for thin and light laptops, and 2-in-1 devices. It's based on the 14nm Kaby Lake-U and has a 2.4GHz base clock, 3.4GHz Turbo, 4MB L3 cache and a 15W TDP.

The Core i3-8130U supports up to 32GB DDR4-2400 or LPDDR3-2133 memory and features UHD Graphics 620 integrated graphics with a frequency of 300MHz to 1GHz. In TDP-down mode, the chip idles at 800MHz, which lowers the TDP to just 10W.
